The present terms of service sets up terms and conditions of use of content and services of the website english.sctms.ru (the “website”).
1. General conditions
1.1. The use of the website is subject to the applicable legislature of the Russian Federation.
1.2. The present terms of use constitute a public offer. Browsing the website and using its content a user agrees to comply with the present terms of use.
1.3. The website administration has a right to alter the conditions of the present terms of use unilaterally at any time. Such alterations come into effect on expiry of 3 (three) days from the moment when a new version of the terms is published on the website. If a user disagrees with the alterations, he/she is required to stop using the website.
2. User responsibilities
2.1. A user agrees not to undertake actions which may be considered as infringing Russian legislature or rules of international law, including the sphere of intellectual property, copyright and/or related rights, as well as any actions which lead or may lead to disturbance or abnormal operation of the website and its services.
2.2. Use of the website materials without the copyright holder’s consent is prohibited (article 1270 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation). For lawful use of the website conclusion of the license agreement (receipt of a license) with the copyright holder is necessary.
2.3. When citing the website materials including copyrighted works, a link to the website is obligatory (the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, subparagraph 1, paragraph 1, article 1274).
2.4. Comments and any posts of a user on the website shall not contradict with the requirements of the Russian legislature and universal moral and ethical principles.
2.5. A user is aware that the website administration is not liable for a user’s visit and use of external resources, links to which the website may contain.
2.6. A user agrees that the website administration is not liable for and has no direct and indirect obligations to a user concerning any losses and damages possible or raised out of any content of our website, copyright registration and information of such registration, goods and services available on or received through external websites, resources or contacts a user involved in, using information or links to external resources published on our website.
2.7. A user admits that all materials and services of the website or any part of them may come with advertising. A user agrees that the website administration is not liable for and has no obligations concerning such advertising.
3. Other terms
3.1. All possible disputes arising from the interpretation, application or execution of the present terms of service shall be settled in accordance with the current legislature of the Russian Federation.
3.2. Nothing herein shall be understood as the establishment of agency relationship, partnership, service contract or any relationship between a user and the website administration, not expressly regulated by the present terms of service.
3.3. Invalidity or unenforceability of any condition of the terms of service does not affect the validity of the remainder of the terms of service.
3.4. Omission of the website administration in case of a user’s violation of the present terms of service does not deprive the right of the website administration to undertake respective actions aimed at protection of the website administration interests and copyrighted materials of the website later.
