Evaluation of Carbon Allotropes Properties with Propestimator 13 September 2025
A new online service for evaluating various properties of carbon allotropes, including bulk modulus, Young's modulus, Vickers hardness, Debye temperature, and thermal conductivity using a CIF structure file, has been created on the SACADA platform. The service is based on the correlation found between structural parameters (such as density) and mechanical properties of allotropes.
The correlations found were initially proposed in the article "A topological approach to reconstructive solid-state transformations and its application for the generation of new carbon allotropes" by Dr. Artem Kabanov, Ekaterina Bukhteeva, and Professor Vladislav Blatov, and were subsequently improved. A new, refined version of the correlations found has been submitted for publication in a journal.
The service was developed under the supervision of Artem Kabanov by a team of programmers from the SCTMS: Artem Bokarev and Igor Karpukhin.
