Professor V. Blatov concluded a three-year contract of the invited professor with the Northwestern Polytechnical University (NWPU, Xi'an, China). Now the Director of SCTMS is on a business trip in X’ian.Under the terms of the contract, Professor Vladislav Blatov will lead students, graduate students and postgraduates of the university, participate in joint scientific projects and conferences, ensure the publication of the results in high-rating scientific journals and contribute to the development of theoretical material science at the university.
