SCTMS employees took part in the seminar “Information Technologies in Natural Sciences”, which took place on October 27, 2023 at Samara University as part of a conference dedicated to research into the SPD experiment at the NICA accelerator of the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research (JINR).Ekaterina Barabanova presented a report on the use of dashboards in chemical and materials science research. In practice, it was shown how data is collected and processed using a dashboard to identify structure-property correlations in monoligand complexes. Co-author of the report is senior researcher at the SCTMS Dr. Alexander Shevchenko.
Dr. Artem Kabanov presented a report on the topic “Discovery of new materials using theoretical materials science”, devoted to a review of the latest work done by the SCTMS group in the field of theoretical prediction of new materials and the establishment of “structure-property” patterns.
