Alexander Antonyuk won an individual grant from the UMNIK Samara Region 2022 program of the Innovation Assistance Fund. As part of the regional stage, 23 winners were selected from 114 projects. Alexander participated in the direction "New materials and chemical technologies".The topic of his scientific research was "Development of cathode materials for zinc-ion batteries of a new generation". It was devoted to the creation of post-lithium energy storage systems.
The award ceremony took place in the Zhigulevskaya Dolina Technopark on December 7, 2022.
Dr. Yelizaveta Morkhova, the winner of the regional stage of the program last year, participated there as well, successfully completing the project and extending her grant for the next year.
