SCTMS employees took part in the II international scientific and technical conference “Battery Innovation 2020”, which was held on February 13-14, 2020 at the Zhigulevskaya Dolina Technopark (Togliatti).The conference is organized by “AKOM Group of Companies” and the “Innovation Accumulator Scientific Technical Center”. The conference aims to consolidate developers of innovative technologies in science and top managers of enterprises. For the second year, the event has gathered more than 160 participants from the Samara region, from the scientific and technical centers of Russia and from abroad.
Yelizaveta Morkhova, Junior Research Scientist at the SCTMS, and Natalia Kabanova, Senior Researcher at the SCTMS, spoke at the thematic session “Fundamental Research and Innovation in the Field of Chemical Power Sources”. Natalia Kabanova presented the report “Prospective materials for electrochemical current sources”. Yelizaveta Morkhova presented the report “Combination of crystal chemical analysis and quantum-mechanical methods of searching materials for new generation metal-ion batteries”.
Also, Yelizaveta Morkhova received II place in the nomination “Innovative materials in chemical current sources” of the contest “Developer of breakthrough technologies of chemical current sources”.
A Senior Researcher at the SCTMS Artеm Kabanov made a presentation in absentia with the report “Developments at the SCTMS at Samara State Technical University in the field of material forecasting for new types of metal-ion batteries”.
