Artem Kabanov, a senior researcher at the SCTMS, have presented an oral report at the First Moscow Autumn Perovskite Photovoltaics International Conference (MAPPIC-2019), which was held October 14–15, 2019 at the Lomonosov Moscow State University.
The conference topics have covered the field of functional materials based on hybrid perovskites. These materials have attracted the attention of the scientific community in the last decade due to their outstanding physical properties and potential for use in solar cells, light-emitting diodes (LEDs), photodetectors (sensors) and lasing materials.
Artem Kabanov made the oral report “Theoretical approaches to the study of ionic mobility in solids”, in which he spoke about the developments of the SCTMS in the field of prediction of new superionic materials and calculations of their properties. Participation in the conference allowed to establish new scientific contacts, share experience and gain a deeper understanding of the cutting edge in this field of science.
