Natalia Kabanova, a senior research scientist of Samara Center for Theoretical Materials Science took part in the European Materials Research Society (E-MRS) conference E-MRS Spring Meeting – 2018 that was held on June 16-22, 2018 in Strasbourg (France).
At present, the European Materials Research Society unites more than 4,000 members from industry, government, academia and research laboratories. E-MRS maintains close relationships with materials research institutions in Europe and around the world. E-MRS organizes biannual scientific events to discuss recent developments and current issues of materials science.
E-MRS Spring Meeting offered 28 topical symposia. The program included presentations of invited speakers, plenary sessions, oral and poster reports. “Besides that, - Natalia comments, - about 90 international exhibitors demonstrated a wide spectrum of equipment, instruments, software at parallel E-MRS exhibition”.
Natalia Kabanova made the oral report «Search for perovskite-like oxygen containing inorganic compounds for electrochemical energy storage» at the session «Theoretical searches for innovative materials for energy harvesting and storage».
