From September 26 until October 25, 2017 Prof. Vladislav Blatov has been working at the Northwestern Polytechnical University (NWPU, Xian). Except academic activities Prof. Blatov conducted negotiations and lectured at the International school “Topological Methods in Materials Science”.“The last month was very fruitful. - says Prof. Blatov. – At present we have excellent prospects for scientific cooperation and practical implementation of our projects”.
The Northwestern Polytechnical University will host the Russian-Chinese Research Center under scientific supervision of Prof. Artem Oganov (Skoltech). Research projects of SCTMS will be presented as a separate section. This question was the subject of the official meeting with Vice-President of the Northwestern Polytechnical University Prof. Huang Wei. The university allocated funds for the center’s development.
Prof. Vladislav Blatov also conducted negotiations with the Chinese companies Particle Cloud Advanced Materials Technology and Materials, Software, Equipment, Applications (MSEA) on the development of new materials for 3D printing in the Russian-Chinese Research Center.
Under scientific supervision of Prof. Blatov and with participation of Dr. Eugeny Alexandrov and Andrey Golov the International school “Topological Methods in Materials Science” was conducted on October 13-15, 2017 in Guangyang, Lanfang.
