SCTMS staff members (Dr. Artem Kabanov, Dr. Roman Eremin and Prof. Alexander Krutov) took part in the Russian national scientific and technical conference “Modern developments in metal science, casting technology, deformation, heat treatment and corrosion protection of light metal alloys”.All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Aviation Materials (VIAM, State Research Center of the Russian Federation, Moscow) and Technology Platform “Materials and Technologies of Metallurgy” conducted the national conference dedicated to design, production and exploitation light metal alloys on October 12, 2017.
Dr. Artem Kabanov with his comprehensive report at plenary session highlighted the main issues of application of modern topological methods and mathematical modeling for prediction of new materials and their properties. The report was prepared in cooperation with Dr. Roman Eremin, Tatiana Akhmetshina, Prof. Alexander Krutov and the member of the Russia Academy of Sciences Fedor Grechnikov).
