The conference attracted more than 220 young scientists including staff members of JINR laboratories, representatives of Russian scientific research centers and guests from 18 countries. The conference program consisted of plenary lectures of the leading Russian and foreign scientists and sessions. The main topics covered research issues of theoretical physics, mathematical modeling and computational physics, high-energy physics, experimental nuclear physics and condensed matter physics, etc.
Pavel Zolotarev and Roman Eremin presented reports at the session on condensed matter physics. The reports described research work conducted in cooperation with Frank Laboratory of Neutron Physics (JINR). Pavel’s report topic was “Description of the NCA cathode material configurational space and elucidation of the dopants role in a structural stabilization”. Roman made the report «DFT-based modeling of the structure of Co,Al-doped LiNiO2 cathode during delithiation».
Roman Eremin took the best report diploma of the session.
