The Northwestern Polytechnical University organized the Chinese-German Symposium «Design Foundation of Oxidation Resistant Ultra-high Temperature Ceramic Matrix Composites Aimed for Structural Applications» on April 14-20, 2018 in Xian (PR China).Vladislav Blatov gave the report “Hybrid topological-DFT methods for study of ion transport in inorganic solids» at the symposium.
During the symposium, he also conducted negotiations on establishment of Russian-Chinese Scientific Research Center with participation of SCTMS and two Chinese laboratories at the Northwestern Polytechnical University (Xian) and MSEA (Guan).
