20170928-10Elizaveta Timofeeva, a research assistant of SCTMS, took part in the First International Conference on Intellect-intensive Technologies in Power Engineering (physical chemistry and electrochemistry of molten and solid electrolytes) that was held on September 18-22 in Yekaterinburg, Russia.

The main subjects of the conference included discussions of structure, physical-chemical properties, thermodynamics and modeling of molten and solid state electrolytes, fundamental and practical aspects of electrochemical power industry, scientific aspects of electrochemical technologies, etc.

Within the conference, the School for young scientists "Recent advances and new methods of investigation of molten and solid electrolytes" was conducted. Moreover, the participants attended plenary and key session lectures of the leading researchers of electrolytes. Young researchers participated in the poster competition.

Elizaveta Timofeeva presented the poster “Crystallochemical analysis of Ag+-ion conductivity in ternary and quaternary selenium and sulfur-containing inorganic compounds” and took the second prize.
