The organizing committee of the International Centre for Diffraction Data (ICDD) Spring Meetings invited Prof. Blatov to give a plenary lecture.Other speakers invited at the plenary session are Justin Blanton (U.S.A.), Hideo Toraya (Japan), Luca Lutterotti (Italy).
Prof. Blatov’s lecture «Topological information in crystallography and crystal chemistry: a route to knowledge databases» will concern the development of databases classifying theoretical and experimental data on crystal structures and containing correlations and regulations which can be used for prediction of new substances and materials.
