Lecture of Dr. Tilmann Leisegang, Freiberg University of Mining and Technology, Germany

On February 10, 2016 Dr. Tilmann Leisegang (Freiberg University of Mining and Technology / TU Bergakademie Freiberg) gave a lecture “Electrochemical energy storage in the context of the energy transition – contributions of crystallography to resource-efficient new all-solid-state batteries”.

Tilmann Leisegang defended Master’s thesis at Dresden University of Technology and obtained his PhD from Freiberg University of Mining and Technology. Currently he works at the Institute of Experimental Physics of Freiberg University of Mining and Technology.

Dr. Leisegang actively participates in the implementation of 11 research projects; he holds 13 patents and is the author of more than 45 scientific papers published in journals of different level. Dr. Leisegang presented reports at 60 scientific conferences and organized 4 conferences and seminars.
